I am a Hungarian Blade Runner fanatic and have seen the movie several times, 
without dubbing. seeing your rather interesting talk on the speech of Gaff 
in the alley meeting Deckard, i must hereby

   SOLVE THE SECRET!!!

the sentence is in Hungarian! we were very surprised when we heard it for 
the first time! we had to rewind the video to check our hearing!

the sentence says: 'loofast! nehody maar! te vady a Blade Runner!'

it is written in hungarian this way:

  Lofaszt! Nehogy mar! Te vagy a Blade Runner!

the meaning refers to Deckard's denial, as he tries to cover his identity, 
pretending NOT to be the blade runner ("You got the wrong guy, pal!")
and Gaff answers this sentence above.

So the meaning: let's start it:

 'lofasz' in hungarian means 'horse's dick'
 'lofaszt' is the acusativus, for we use the "-t" suffix for this case

    this is a short form for rude expression of that the speaker doesn't    
    believe a word of the other one. full expression is:

     "lofaszt a seggedbe!" meaning "horse dick into your ass!"

so the first part means that Gaff realizes that Deckard tries to remain in 
incognito.

next part "Nehogy mar!" is another denial. Meaning is: "Wouldn't it be that 
way!" or "Don't you say!" so it's another enforcement of Gaff's opinion.

and the last part: "Te vagy a Blade Runner" means simply "You are the Blade 
Runner" in Hungarian.

so dear dudez, these words are in Hungarian as you could be assured by the
